Special awards presented

ESL Student of the year Song Cho with one of her teachers Susan Taylor, Boulder Valley School District
Bill Furney, Colorado Department of Education and CAEPA board member, recognizes Dr. Betty Carson, Jefferson County GED Examiner and CAEPA Treasurer, for her outstanding contribution to the conference.

 

Bill Furney also honors outgoing CAEPA President, Nancy Lambott, McLain Community High School CB Director and Counselor.

 

Christine Deines, The Learning Source for Adults and Families, recognizes Volunteer of the Year, Laura Fishman.
GED Student of the Year, Irene Mondragon, from the Adult Education Center, Durango.
Nancy Lambott, CAEPA outgoing President, honors incoming CAEPA President, Paulette Church, Executive Director, Adult Education Center, Durango, for her outstanding advocacy for adult education.
